If I were him (which I'm not) I wouldn't be fearing the law as much as the first pissed off person to find him because by the time the law gets to him there won't be enough left to ID him.

My question is: what drives someone to just start shooting innocent people including CHILDREN and is not sucidal? In a darker tone, we have seen across the world people who have so called "episodes" and take many innocent lives then take their own. But this is someone who is planning these attacks with stealth in mind and does not want to be caught.

It just makes one sick to think anyone could get a rise out of killing other human beings for the sheer joy of it.

What'* worse is a thought that crossed my mind...what if this person was of Middle-Eastern decent? Think how bad life would be for the millions of Middle-Eastern citizens that live in the United States who have to defend against even more ridicul from arrogant Americans who don't think before they blame.

Just some thoughts.

Wanna make it worse? There will be those that claim "the gun did it" and pass a bunch of new laws restricting firearms.....which will do NOTHING to prevent this from happening again (cuz the freaks always kn0w how to get them ilegally) and prevent the law-abiding folk from owning them to protect themselves.

I can tell you if this had happened in Oregon, the dude would be dead by now. We have a high percent of the population with Concealed Firearm Permits........and since that law passed, our violent crime rates (rape and murder) have dropped almost every year. Criminals do not relish the idea of meeting a potentially armed victim. I'm one of them.

I will not pity this bastard when the general population gets ahold of him before the feds or cops. Look what happened on 9/11 when the passengers figured out what was up! We're fed up and WILL take matters into our own hands.

Its a sad thing you said about firearms...your right, it wouldn't make a difference restricting weapons. Plus it would upset many Americans so much they I don't think we have to worry about any such laws being passed. Yes I am very liberal, so torturing this man when he is caught is a little too far if you ask me. But a trial ending with thie persons death should occur. The debate on leathal injection crosses my mind as well. Many liberals agree its a more humain way of making a criminal leave the living world, but on the other side many say the criminal should have to suffer in pain when legally killed for their crimes.

I still debate this in my head all the time. But this sniper, should die of certain death by other means of leathal injection.

What about PUBLIC execution? Might act as a deterrent, at least for the younger up-and-coming criminals......to actually get a dose of reality.

That would help to deter future criminals. Just have to be careful of the mob mantality. Never underestimate a large group of people who are determined to see them go, especially by their own hands! but then again, problem solved!

As for the "bleading hearts", stay the f@$* out of the way. Compassion is a good thing but not when you are being attacked, wether domestically or internationally. I can't just "sit here and take it" like some people. Like I said, I am not a violent person but I will do whatever it takes to protect my family, friends, and more...

That damn bastard struck again last night. He'* now up to 10 people shot and 8 died.
How the hell can somebody do this. I know there are some people missing a few things upstairs, but this is just undescribable.
If they catch him they SHOULD give him the death penalty but something REAL slow. Like maybe cutting off one finger at a time then the hands then the arms....you get the point. Make it slow and painfull.

I'm gettin freaked out because my mother works at the middle school in town here and this weekend is the beginning of the schools trip to D.C. to see what there is to see. Well she is going with as a shaperon (can't spell). My mom said that they will be under heavy guard during the whole trip and will only travel building to building...no being out in the open, so that is somewhat reasuring...
