ok i didnt think would stir up anything...its happened to me before...no biggie...
the thing you need to understand that it was in the middle of nowhere...it was some wild dog im sure...
and it wasnt just sitting in the middde of the road...it was running as fast as it could from the left side of the road aacross the road...so i hit it on its side...
the reaction time would have been faster than anyones drag racing slip, GUARENTEED
im not gonna report it, but ill check to see if its still there on my way to work

well anyway its his loss because insurance doesnt cover anything unless a police report was filed and makeing a bogus police report is fraud

You know how many animals I've smoked in my day? I don't put notches in something. I never feel especially good, but when you are in a rural area you could spend hours looking for the owner. And frankly people should know if they let an animal run around unrestrained there'* the chance it will wander on the road. If he wanted to be really moral about the situation he'd get a gun, go back to the scene and make sure the thing is dead. When someone hit'* a deer and doesnt kill it you know what happens? A sheriff/deputy/cop has to put "one" in the head, and a 9mm isnt that big of a bullet.
And who can honestly say that they have never had their attention stray from the road? Even for a couple of seconds?
