My brother would call me and ask me all the time when I was in bed or about to go to bed. He started going to bars because he was lonely and bored though. I was working two jobs/14 hours a day at the time. I wasn't getting out of bed for him

may i ask what is the point then, other than the music so loud that you can barely talk, super expensive drinks, and the problem of finding a ride home... why not just stay in your room and get wasted around a coffeetable??
