I just asked a friend of mine who is a cop. If someone walked up to him on the street and told him to F'off or gave him the finger. Could he legally do anything about it, He said no.... It is not againts the law to do that lol

That has to be fake. That cop would be AT LEAST suspended for that, and he'd be lucky if it wasn't worse. Don't get me wrong if it were real, the kid was fargin dumb....but it still doesn't deserve ( legally, anyway) being hit with a club.
