If you can't be there, go to the forum, log in before you leave, and don't close the page window, or quit the program.

It should say you're 'browsing' even if you left hours ago but are still logged in and keeping the page up. Muahaha...

only way that'll work is with the use opera or some other browser that will do auto page refreshes every X amount of seconds ya tell it
