No, you can't. Those are absolute numbers. No give and take. We're trying to keep the vertical height down for scrolling, and the width down for lower screen resolutions.

NO taller and NO wider, regardless.

ok i need to learn more on PS. I have CS 8.0 and was wondering, how do you cut the picture and get all of those cool fonts? are there add ons that you can download or does it come with it?????

I have nothing but PS CS 8.0 no suite if that matters.
