how come i can never get my picture/sig to work at the bottom of the screen it always says its too big but i see biggger ones all the time

What i think you are trying to do is upload a signature sized picture into the avatar submission area within the profile. The avatar is the small picture of the tractor below my username. To make a picture part of your signature, you need to upload the picture to an internet server such as photobucket, and then use image tags in the signature area of the profile.
