Yup. Now I don't mess with the lap part. The belts were worse when they didn't work. The switch in the driver'* door latch failed, so it never sensed that door closing. I found the wires, and jumpered them through a new limit switch in the forward jamb. So when I close my door now, the seatbelts work.

Sounds like you gotta tune her up some... Or she'* just tired.

Yes driving a small car that does nothing for you also teaches you to lock the doors, pump the gas before starting (on some) to roll up windows.

It doesn't teach you how to park, stay in the lane, etc, as you can fit some of those cars sideways compared to fat bonnies.

You don't use the lap belt? That'* worse then no belts at all..

I bet you're not doing 25 though... But seriously those belts were stopped because people didn't use the bottom and got body parts damaged or removed from them.

/me thinks of huge accident outside bill'* old place. I drove about 100 miles the day I had my accident, thru the metro, etc, my accident was within a mile of my hosue.

I just wanna keep our staff alive.

Of course any ideas you come up with while driving a rice burner will immediately put you under suspicion as a ricer in disguise.

I suggest you fix the tranny pronto

Cheers,

Seriously though, for that car, if you feel it is lacking get up and go get some of these.

Should add at least 40 HP.
