If you're asking about your front yard, I'd say no.

It'* better to have a slight grade going up to your garage. Keeps the water out.

It'* at a perfect angle now for your unloaded F150.

the rear suspension sits higher, that way when there is a load in the bed the truck is level
this makes the front lower with no load.. leveling it will lift the front to level the stance w/o load

Level FTW. I used to drive around with stuff in the back of my dad'* 150 so it'd sit level. I hate the rake when all 4 tires are the same size.

If you're gonna level it, ya gotta at least put some bigger tires on, 285/75'* maybe? Sharp lookin truck regardless.

Or if it'* an urban only truck, drop it 4 in the back and 2 in the front.
