What does "loaded" mean anyway? Curb weight of 3674 plus a tank of gas would be an extra...200 lbs? So it seems a gross weight of 4800lbs would be the 200lbs of gas plus 5 adults in the car, or someone who weighed 200 lbs and loaded 800lbs of junk in the trunk. lol

I wouldn't base a race on gross weight. Hypothetically if the gas weight was the same per vehicle, I'd base it on the curb weight, plus the weight of the drivers.

That being said, the Sexima will still win hands down.

Yeah, gross weight is like full of stuff, to the max it can carry, or something along those lines. Expect it to weigh a little less than 4000 with the driver on race day.

I remember when Aaron read the sticker at NEBF, it was well over 4000 (gross).

Gross weight is the amount of total weight the car can safely have with cargo including the weight of the vehicle. Curb weight is the actual weight of the car.

Subtract 900-950 Lbs for a 5 passenger sedan and you'll be close to the weight of the car...

Still a 3800-3900 Lb car is quite heavy by any means..
