Default Selling My Old Computer And a Couple Other Things

I have a BRAND NEW SEALED edition of Microsoft Office Student and Home 2007 Service Desk Edition. Brand new on eBay It goes between $70-105. This is licensed for 3 PC'* and is the service desk edition. link to the exact same item: http://cgi.ebay.com/MICROSOFT-OFFICE...QQcmdZViewItem

Just to give u a better idea of what it is. My best offer is $70 Plus actual shipping.

Also I have 2 Kingston Brand DDR PC3200 400mhz 512MB sticks of RAM (yes I call it a RAM stick, Got a problem with that?) The packaging is open but right now they are in the holders that came with the packaging and all the stickers and such are still on so I will presume these haven't been used. Again, Best offer plus shipping takes 'em home

XP Pro is SOLD!!!!

Compaq Presario Computer SR1803WM Model

Runs WinXP Home SP2
512 MB of DDR2 SD RAM
Celeron 351 (P) 3.2 GHz Processor
80GB HDD
CD Burner
CD/DVD Burner in expansion bay.
Works Great. I've got the Computer cleaned and the HDD wiped of everything except Windows so you'll start fresh on this computer.

I was asking $200 Plus Shipping, But I'll go down to $175 Plus Shipping. And I'll throw in the Wireless keyboard, Speakers, and if your picking it up I'll throw the monitor in as well. Monitor isn't worth shipping. Only thing you'll need if your picking it up is a mouse since I broke it or a monitor if your getting this shipped. Which either can be found cheap. (heck the monitor was sitting on the trailer park mail box with a note saying, "Free and it Works."

I might be interested at the right price. It would go great on my ThinkPad....

Or maybe I should keep Win 2k...

Win2k is falling too far behind to be used effectively anymore. XP is still fine but I'm afraid another couple years and its going to be obsolete. Microsoft isn't going to let XP linger on like Win98 did.

....and I'm a pirate so I get my software at a....discount... shall we say.

XP IS 2k but with a few visual stuff, and more "home" oriented...

I had some XP full install CDs, brand new in retail packaging, and I gave them away without licenses. An XP upgrade is all right, but I doubt anyone using a pre-XP OS right now will want to buy that and upgrade. I have 98 SE on a P2 266MHz notebook.

Works Great. Would recommend Reformatting the Drive since theres alot of stuff from using it.
Why not do a destructive recovery .

Takes it back to just like out of the box, assuming you have a recovery partition on your HD. Should be listed as drive d: It would be the smaller one if 2 are listed
