Default school'* out :D

... and I need a summer job. To pay for my own car insurance. Due to increasing gas prices ($1.20 a litre), after today, insurance gets swapped over and my dad will begin to drive:

1991 Civic DX, apologies for crappy camera phone picture. As said in sig, it'* got 250,000km on it, shitty paint but less rust than the Bonneville. Engine purrs like a kitten - 1.5L of pure, unadulterated fury. Autotranny with a tachometer! This Civic'* loaded

The SSE will remain parked for the time being, I'm undecided whether or not I want to fork over the money for 17mpg on top of astronomical Ontario insurance rates for young male drivers. May have to let it go to another home and four-cylinder my way around for a while... ironically, insurance is cheaper for Bonneville than it is for Civic.

Any takers on the SSE?

Thanks, Jim. School looks a lot more different afterward when you spent all-nighters in the machine shop

This is the end result

A fully functioning SAE Mini Baja car.

Pretty funny when you walk out of the shop and into the hallways at 3AM to take a leak. It'* so... deserted
