No, my year was the last year for desktops at Sheridan, then they went to laptops. I'm glad I didnt have to incur that expense. :?
Try to keep the system clean too, Angela had serious speed issues with her system as she finished her program, and she went thru way to many adaptors, the plastic covers broke repeatedly.

Yeah, it'* imperative I keep that system maintained, because just this year they introduced an optional Lease-to-Own thingy... same payments (a portion goes to the laptop itself), but I get to keep it afterward. Just another incentive for me to maintain it
Yes, I do also fully intend to do co-op (one of the big reasons I opted for Sheridan instead of say, Ryerson University: HANDS-ON learning!). Might have a hookup at the TTC, my buddy'* dad is a mechanic there.
