Default Scariest automobile moment in my life....

I was driving a white Ford F-250 diesel with a 10' black trailer on a two lane road (one lane each direction) This amounted to a 35 or so foot contraption that weighed probably about 10,000 lbs because i hade both truck and trailer filled with heavy junk (wood, metal, etc etc.... So im powering along at 40 down this road, and i am about to turn off to my left into a school parking lot. I turn on my blinker and this fellow (red older Chevy pickup) behind me decides hes gonna pass me on a double yellow line around a blind curve im gonna turn off of. He guns it, finds an oncoming car, swerves and slams on his brakes about 2 inches form my front bumper. Needless to say my 10,000lb truck didnt stop as fast as his 4000 lb one. I spun him around and the truck wedged between the curb (big curb) and my front right bumper. I literally ripped off the bed of his truck and "taco-ed" the frame. That Chevy 1500 had seen the last mile it would ever see. It just pushed in the bumper on the 250. He just got out and cursed me while i just layed in the back of my truck (I was scared to death...never said many words to him). I trusted he wasnt gonna run off, and i think he still beleives it my fault to this day. There was a crash scene investigator that determined that it truley was his fault (go figgure... the skidmarks are tell-tale) and his license was revoked for a long while. And i still made the delivery on time. (Slightly shocked, but still in decent composure)

PS... even after the trailer (tilt back flatbed with 2x4 railings) swung around and affter impact of wreck, my entire load barely shifted (i realized the wonder of ratchet straps)

I still wonder... what was going through his head?... It had to be absolutley nothing becasue a large truck and trailer packed with wood and steel isnt invisible, nor would it be a good idea to pass it already going 5 over the limit :?
