There'* a voltage leak somewhere and as Bill said...relays should not get hot. Especially to the point that they blister fingers.

Uhhh, I have an extra large Mr.Pibb, does that count?

My problem was all the electronics on that relay I'm sure, after I found that I moved everything off onto it'* own bigger relay. I should probably check it again and see how it'* doing after that.

Not sure what is going on with Steve'* or what would be draining power.

Just left BP'*, everything has been going smooth so far. Having an issue trying to tune the 800x30 and 800x40 VE cells (idle cells), they can't make up there mind on whether they want to be +20 or -20.

**Actually, car died while I was typing this, made another update to the VE and plugged the MAF back in. Not really safe to be dying at 70mph. With the MAF in everything is fine, but without the MAF those lower cells go crazy.
