Saw a GTO (for real this time)
At my local Pontiac dealership, in the USED lot next to three used C5'* (which you never see in Galesburg). Strangely enough, not a single Bonneville, new or used, SE, SSE, SLE, SSEi, or GXP!!
It was RED with the 6 speed manual. Looked nice and fast!!

I've seen 3 GTO'* in dealers around here. For some reason I just can't get my self to like it as much as the Trans Am it replaced. And it'* not just an ego thing either. Park one of the last Ram Air Trans Ams produced next to one of these new GTO'*. Sure the GTO may get a few more looks initially. But once the ooh and awwing is done in another 12-18 months there will be some people lamenting the loss of the beautiful TA'* (and Camaro Z2
.
At the track the GTO may win, but when you spend as much money on a car as a new GTO I would sure think you'd want something that looks alittle different than nieghbors Volvo C-series.
My $.02.

Yeah, I've seen three GTO'* so far. The local dealer just got a red one in and two weeks ago when I stopped @ Miller Pontiac in St. Cloud to see if they had a GXP they had a blue GTO sitting in the middle of the showroom floor.
Saw another at a Pontiac dealer in Willmar.
You can have the GTO. I'll have your old Trans Am -thank you.
