there is three seats in european versions..
the american versions the two passenger seats had to be removed and made in to storage compartments due to a lack of seatbelts.. they arent much of seats anyway

Let'* see. In the past two weeks...
'05 Maserati Quattroporte
'05 Bentley Continental Sedan(think 200mph in a sedan)
(3) Lamborghini Diablos of varying year/trim including one VT roadster.
'52 Vincent Black Lightning(talked to the guy that was filling it at the truck-stop, said he loves being able to blow off a modern Harley with a 53 year old bike)
'05 Mercedes/McClaren SLR
'02 Caterham Super 7 with a turbo ZTec.(think 1300lb car with 350hp!!! )
'05 300C Hemi Limo 10' stretch.
Zimmer Golden Spirit(no idea what year, is the ugliest $100k+ car ever built!)

The McLarens have one seat for the driver in the center, and two in the back ( I believe).

they are not in the back, but pushed back slightly, maybe about 6 inches farther back than the driver, but not behind
