the one they tested on top gear had only one seat (at least that what it looks like, im watching the video now)

there is three seats in european versions..
the american versions the two passenger seats had to be removed and made in to storage compartments due to a lack of seatbelts.. they arent much of seats anyway

The McLarens have one seat for the driver in the center, and two in the back ( I believe).

they are not in the back, but pushed back slightly, maybe about 6 inches farther back than the driver, but not behind
