Pink Floyd was/is not my preferred listening material... that'* all.

Syd, was only with the band for a short time and flipped out on LSD in 1968 and never really recovered. He was replaced by Gilmore. He was a defining factor in the formation of the band, but wasnt involved in much of the music most younger peolple know as Pink Floyd. He departed the group 5 years before the release of Dark Side of the Moon Sad story of a troubled youth that never recovered from a drug that seemed so harmless to so many.

brings back lots of memories from a few years ago. those days.....still like to listen though, even if I am completely sober.

There is a pink floyd light show here at a planetarium that is supposed to be pretty neat.

That Show has been around quite awhile and if you've never seen it, I highly recommend it. It plays well in planetariums and the lasers and other visual effects are awesome.
