Yep, and I can guarantee that the Mopar dealer will have it (probably on hand). A very common problem, Mopar basically gives you a new top part to your strut tower and it'* up to you to cut the rusted one out and weld this one in. My ex-boss has a 96 Grand Caravan with a rusted strut tower. It'* been like that for two years, at least.

Here is the picture of the rust. The battery is also on this side which I betting had a lot to do with rusting. OTher then the is very little rust on the car. My ftp server or comcast login is down can update picture
