I dunno, but kind of ironic in a way that when a major terroist event happens in their counrty their ready to whip some ***, but are rather lame when it happens to someone else in another country...

Russia have seen many terrorist acts in the past 12 years, its just that the last one was probably the most bloody one, the only reason Putin is saying that he will do something is because he and the goverment over all are being blamed for the attack and the way it ended.

Yea, thats the main point, only until the blame was directed towards his government and the tragedy was a big one; finally they do something. Russia aint exactly the safest place in the world, but like everyone, they got room to improve greatly.
