Holden-GM LTD is it'* own Company as is Opel, Audi, Vauxhall, Saab in yjeir respective countrys. But all share GM as their Parent company. It will be an interesting merger if it gels.
Holden makes alot of models not sold in or that look like US models. Most of their product is sold in Australia, New Zealand, and in the Middle East where there Commadore is a top seller. And they still make the Caprice. What possesed GM to drop the service model Caprice in 95 is beyond me and threw so much business towards Ford and the Crown Vicky.

That was then..... this is now. The new N* 4.6L will blow the **** off any of that. Hands down.
It sets new standards for Hp developped per cu. in..What puzzles me is how a Mazda can develop over 500 Hp with 1300cc of displacement.
Kerkorkian is a screwball and I really dont take this story very seriously.
