Default ROAR! GM dealership frustrations!!!!!!!!!

Last week i dropped the car off at Kipp Scott Pontiac Buick. Things to be looked at/fixed:
Check Engine light related to Transmission, causing irratic behaviour, and sometimes no shifting at all.
Second: Clunking front suspensions to be looked at then fixed.
Third: Belt idler pulley bearing seems to be squealing
Fourth: Interior door trim bubbling up of course GM full factory warranty for some ******* reasing won't ******* fix it!

So today i go in there..apparently it was done..but when i got in there they were "working" on the front suspension. The front cradle was in the process of being removed as we spoke. I stand around for 20 minutes waiting for a shuttle car to take me back home. When the shuttle van gets there my Service advisor leads me out to the shop to the van. I get in and the driver backs out...what do i see..my Alero sitting on the floor with two guys in it ready to take it for a drive.. What do they do? floor it pealing it out on the ******* shop floor with my 940 dollar tires!!!!!! I damned near snaped right there. I don't think i will EVER go back there now that I see how well they treat the customer.
Also..I found out that GM will not cover that interior trim bubbling issue because we bought the car second hand from a dealership. It still has factory warranty bumper to bumper on it..YET they claim the PO must of taken the door panel off and screwed something up....makes sense considering the front panel is starting to do the same thing AND ive found various web sites with other Alero owners with the same problem...Makes sense is being VERY sarcastic.
What Bull-****!
This is getting ridiculous, i guess thats what a person gets for buying a 2 year old 17,000 dollar GM car.

Your (held together by duct tape) Bonneville is starting to sound pretty damn good right about now isn't it, LOL.

Maybe time to dump it somehow and get something else.

I bet your parents are so happy with the choice they made.

sadly, dealer customer service across the board needs serious help. If service after the sale was as good as our cars, GM wouldnt have ANY problem with repeat business.

I know we all love our Pontiacs and Olds, but maybe its time we, as consumers, voted with our pocketbooks and start buying our GM rides from private parties. Cut the dealer outta the equation.

Well now that the Malibu is done with the factory warranty ( 100,000kms) it will NOT be returning to the dealer unless absolutely necessary.

You need to talk to GM customer service. Get heat on the dealer, and have them do it the right way. The fact they were beating on your car like that is really poor. Willwren has the hookups.
