well if you businees is goin through bankruptcy who lives in rachester that can check out court documents.. its very easy to check that info out... and if you forwared this info to your atterney then who is he/her?? im sure there are about a million ppl that would love to know this.. or better yet once we find out if the matter is in court or not your lawyers info will be aval then...

Only found the DBA for Signs By Drex and a judgement on 7/29/2005. Nothing else there that was listed under Chad J Drexel, or Chad Jeffery Drexel. And nothing for John Falls.

right there just prove that he is still full of BS... if he is filling bankrup it would be aval in public document...
i learned a long time ago when i got riped for a low dollar item.. and if someone gonna rip ya off for like 5-10 bucks ya know they not gonna ship your 2 or 3 hundered dollar items... i tested him with little $ item before i bought the stuff i realy wanted...

Bankruptcy is a federal, not state, action. If he has in fact filed for BK, all his creditors should have received a notice from the Clerk of the Court with a claim form. Listing all creditors is a requirement to complete a BK filing.

And guys, if he has in fact filed, I'll check it out and see what chapter and if there'* any chance of recovery for those of you who have been screwed.

Hopefully it clears. There'* more fraud with money orders than any other form of payment.
I would suggest you cash it somewhere other than your primary bank. If it doesn't clear, your bank will withdraw the funds from your account to cover the loss. Cash it at a party store, or go to another bank and pay the fees. It'* usually only a couple bucks.
