Those are the bad apples that need to be weeded out.
Actually indirectly ran into two Tucson police officers sitting in there vehicle right next to a sidewalk during one of our walks. I was OBVIOUSLY open carrying when we walked by. We simply waved our hands and said hello as we walked by. They greeted us back and never said anything else.
