this is ridiculous!
Neither of my kids likes cream cheese! And they're both GIRLS! Try to cook a gourmet dinner, and they wrinkle up their noses like I'm trying to poison them. Hrmph.

Fillet of Cod (caught yesterday) with hand rubbed sesame oil and lemon/pepper (fresh)
Rice Pilaf
Fresh salad with cucumber slices, and celery sticks with cream cheese.
They don't know how good they got it!

Jesse would rather I gave him a plain bagel with cream cheese than one of my "good" sandwiches for his lunch. He would eat cream cheese out of the container if I let him.

BTW, I tried celery with cream cheese for his lunch one day...he told me to stick with peanut butter for the celery.
