RHD?
No, as they were never slated for sale in Europe. That and the 2000+ model has a slight tilt towards the driver making RHD totally useless. You'll note in LHD and RHD drive cars the center console is designed to allow for steering positions on both sides.

I've seen many RHD older Bonnevilles in Australia, I'm sure newer ones can be had as well.

If you look at all te pictures you have posted above everything in the middle of the dash is laid out so that it is clearly visible from Right or Left. The Bonneville center dash section isnt laid out like that. thus making RHD almost impossible, and very expensive.
Take a look at the '63...The center gauges are still pointing off to the left.
A newer Bonne could be modified...But like you said, it would take a lot of work and money.
