Default Regal LS w/L67???

NOT trying to encourage or promote street racing discussion or kill stories btw....just heads up.

There is a highway around here w/ stoplight (speed limit 65).

It was last night and no other cars were around but a Regal LS next to me w/an 85 year old woman behind the wheel. I gave it gas, lots of gas, but was shocked when I looked over and heard a scrreeeeeech l67 type burnout, look over and I am at 45 or so just going into 2nd and the regal is 200 feet ahead of me cutting me off.

I pulled up and sure enough "regal LS"

Did they have an L67 package option by any chance?

maybe they did put a L67 in the LS..... could it have been a custom order... would they have done that?

well I was about 98% sure it said "LS" but it could have said GS...but i was 20 feet when I pulled up behind her so I could have misread it.

You can differentiate a GS from an LS by the different color moulding.. GS models have moulding that is different than the paint scheme.. usually grey...
