I changed all my interior lights to hyperwhite lights. Even the glovebox. Also try using LED lights inside the car to replace exsisting bulbs. piolt makes led 194 bulbs in red

Today I picked up a whole whack of 194R'* at Canadian Tire, as well as 35% red tint. I had no luck in finding red 561 and 562 lights, the funny lookin cylindrical type.

Do you think that the tint will stick to the plastic lenses inside the car? I can't seem to find gel caps anywhere.

If someone knows where or what retail store sells them, then I will return the tint...no wait, umm, I'm going to us the red tint for something else....

The voltage counts should be in your owners manual.

Status thus far!!

All 194 lights have been changed successfully* to 194R
Those being: Door panels (2 in each housing x 4)
Rear Licence Plate lights (x2)
Glovebox (x1)
Footlights (x2*)

Tonight I'm going to tint the insides of the rear reading/courtesy lights.

If you notice the *'* I had a wee problem with the driver side footlight, the clips are broken, so when I removed the white to replace it with red....well, the housing is now somewhere *up there* and I need to removed the plastic panel to fish out the rogue bulb and fixture...what a PITA...I got kinda discouraged at that point, but I praddled on and did the rest of them.

I really like the licence plate lights in red. Its neat!

The map light lenses and the reading lenses should be easy enough to tint.

Anyway, thats the update for now.

Later!!

Playboy mansion will have to wait until I get the loft. After I tint all my frosted glass Ikea lights too...hahah, I'm on this sick red binge now.

I will post some pictures as soon as I figure out how to turn off the stupid flash on my digital camera. I have one of those old school 1997 dig cams. I call it the bus. As soon as I figure it out, posting pics!!! oh baby!!
