That is completely retarded. Alcohol can have such an odd affect on some people, it'* not even funny 
Literally. That why I avoid anyone whos under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, because I just don't care too much to meet the other side of them. Whenever I have a drink, I typically get more relaxed, become more talkative, and just have a good, calm time with a few friends. That man is ridiculous.
