Rampage 4
Seriously this is from our Noon News today! 
Rampage 1- Guy is at sobering center pulls a sprinkler head, floods the place.
Rampage 2- In stolen Jeep, crashes it into a police car parked at mall.
Rampage 3- Also at Mall is a 5 ton rental truck that he steals and wrecks 5 more parked police cars!
Rampage 4- Now Arrested, he is taken to hospital for evaluation where he again pulls another sprinkler above the bed, floods the ER department, causing closure.

We have a problem here where they keep putting these crazies back on the street. Media keep reporting we need more Mental Hospitals- YA THINK?
