What'* the best out there?

The fastest I can go is PC2700 non-ecc, 184 Pin DDR.

Any suggestions?

I know that one of the better brand names in the memory industry is Corsair. It'll cost you more, and I don't know what makes it better than its competitors, but it is reputed to be one of the best.
