Default Rain-X Windshield Washer Fluid

Driving on a rainy day like today reminds me of why I like the Rain-X washer fluid that Don turned me on to. I makes driving in the rain less tedious and gives me better visibility.

Just thought I'd share my warm fuzzy thoughts with ya-all.

I have been using it for years. I don't even need wipers in the rain when I am at freeway speed. The rain beads right up and off the windshield. Even in the heaviest rain, drivers would have their wipers at full speed, and mine aren't even on.
It leaves great visibility... At about 40 mph, is when I need wipers in the rain.

It does leave it looking greasy if you attempt to clean the windshield with a rag. Use a squeegie for better results

I use the spray on RainX but when the water beads up it is mesmerizing to me and I have to really concentrate on driving vs. watching the water bead up. It'* like an acid trip... not that I'd know what that was like but just assuming it would be similar.

The only problem I have is that I can't reach the middle of the back window so it looks funny. When my son comes home I'm going to have him take care of that problem. It sucks being short!!!

Uh...huh! Sure Tracy...we believe you...really we do...

The neat thing about the Rain-X washer fluid is that you don't have to apply and polish it on, nor do you have to re-apply it. And it costs less than $2 per gallon at our favorite giant retailer we love to hate...

I'm not sure, but I think it is for use above 32*F. I'll have to look on the container when I get home tonight. If so, it'* a bummer for all ya-all that are above the mazy-dizzy line.
