Rustoleum Professional. It is a true 2 part epoxy. Solvent based, not water based. We just put it on the floor in our 30x40 and it looks great. It is pretty easy to clean(sometimes the fleck can make cleaning a pain). I weld, do bodywork, and drop things all the time. My work bay will get beat up after a while but it is taking it well right now. When I move out and build a garage I am going to have the concrete polished. It his very hard, solvent doesn't soak in, and its easy to clean. The same floors as are in Home Depot.

Can you give me an idea of cost and where you purchased it?

Frank:
You may want to look at a VCT flooring solution. I have seen some nice ones, When we were selecting carpet earlier in October of this year the same company also did VCT flooring. My garage would cost close to $1,200.00 installed. The best part is my wife did not give me the LOOK when I was talking to the shop owner about the cost and color selection.

For $1,200.00 I'd be better off going with Race Deck since it'* cheaper. I don't know how well you know me but Frugal is my middle name, $1,200.00 is way over budget for me. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Race Deck works out to be around $2.75-$3.25 sq. ft. which is probably the same as what your talking about. Good epoxy paint runs about $1.00 per sq. ft. although the labour to do epoxy is about 5 times more work. I'm ok with the $1.00 sq. ft. as long as it'* really good qualitly epoxy flooring including the prep materials.
