My gurlhas a 89 cutlass with a 2.8 V6 and for some reason when she drive at high speeds such as 65+ and then slows down at a normal pace the car seems to kill alot has been done to this car as far as maintence its got 130,000 miles orginal motor and trans but im stumped it doesnt pull any codes nethier :?:

thats pretty wierd. the only thing i could think of is that maybe the TC isnt disengaging or something. does it kill when she comes to a complete stop? kinda like when you kill a manual transmission. i dont know if what im saying is even possible but hey its an idea.

sometimes? but normaly when its between 35-55 i was thinking the same thing? the switch torque converter switch?
