I love how people come fling in to the roundabouts cutting you off, you blow the horn and they look at you like your the jerk. I got cut off twice in the same roundabout, and I hadn't even left the roundabout. Both got the horn, and both looked at me like I was at fault.

Find a POS car and just hit them. When they get told to pay for your car they'll learn, the hard way, that they're ones that are wrong.

What about stop signs? I've been told you can roll them as long as it doesn't say "All Way" underneath meaning you have to stop all the way.

No no no. You're close though. All stop signs that have a white line are optional.
