LG3 = engine in the 87 and early 88 Bonneville'*. It is similar to the LN3 [found in 88, 89, 90, and 91], but the LG3 lacks a balance shaft, has a different ignition, and has an older version of the TH-440 transmission bolted to it.

What you don't know is that you LOST a count when I moved it here. Please keep topics where they belong, and post on-topic when you do post. We're getting a little loose these days, and there have been complaints.
