I don't see why everyone is so shocked. I mean every day we see ricer ******* with a lot dumber stuff than that.

You almost have to feel sorry for people that buy crap like that. I mean actual heart felt sympathy. It would be like watching the special olympics to watch someone install that thing.

So this is the discreet version of the fart can exhaust?

No, don't think so....looks like a fart can with an impeller to create a high frequency whine.

Now that is a really bright move... take a hampster size motor and cork up the exhaust with a whizzy noise maker. It makes the sound they want at the expense of power output from the motor by restricting the exhaust flow. They should have just put a speaker in the bottom of the trunk to make the sound instead.

But, then again, the kind of person who is gunna plunk down cash for this B.*. isn't likely to be part of some brain trust anyways, so I guess they will get what they deserve.

What'* next for the ricers...wire rims with playing cards in the spokes?

It'* nothing more than a freaking whistle with a resonator to increase the volume. Damn things are deafening at WOT, far louder than any turbo is gonna be on a streetable car. And they're also a lot higher pitched. Gives you an instant headache. Thankfully, they violate noise-ordinances in any state they aren't specifically illegal in.

Honestly ive been entertaining the idea of duct-taping a bunch of kazoos to the tailpipe.

And then drive around with a clown nose. :P

My brother had new exhaust installed on his maxima (didn't get rice exhaust) and he believes he has a small exhaust leek somewhere, so everytime he punches it, it makes a wine like a turbo.
