Default Pop-up Blockers

Does anyone have a good pop-up blocker that they could recommend? I have the Google Toolbar installed, but it'* not blocking much (the pop-up blocker is enabled). I uninstalled and reinstalled the toolbar and still no luck. I also cleaned my system of spyware.

Any recommendations?

Avant Browser also blocks them pretty well. It is basically Internet Explorer but with a different face and some nice options. I have been using it for awhile now and haven't really had any problems. The Ad companies are probably finding ways around these pop-up blockers and that is why you are still seeing some pop-up.

Just got done doing a clean install of XP on my PC and been l;oading all the software back and applications. I have been using Pop-Up Stopper for a few years and it works great. It will stop about 99.95 percent of all unwanted pop-up adds and its free too.
