Based on my coupld of highlights, I believe the truck is "at fault". It'* also not the first thing he hit, based on the damage to the right rear. Probably a drunk driver "pinballing" through the neighbourhood before finding probably the most expensive parking spot ever....

Wow that sucks for both parties, especially the guy with the Ferrari. And yes it has to be the truck at fault. If the truck was parked in the garage and the Ferrari came in straight then the truck would not be at an angle. The truck came into the garage at an angle, and the garage door acted as a ramp like JimmyFloyd said. Notice the garage door is at the same angle as the truck, and all the other clues too. If the Ferrari came into the garage the door wouldn't be at an angle like that

Screw the marks on the ceiling. The garage doors UNDER the truck and on top of the Ferrari are kindof a dead giveaway.

It just goes to show you should really knock before you barge into a closed door.

The truck had to hit more stuff before landing on top of the Ferrari. I don't know where from but there'* a bunch of bricks, which if they were broken up near the Ferrari would account for some of the dust crap on the car.
