Ok, some unlucky creditor is just gonna have to suffer this summer, cause this kid is getting a POOL! it will be above ground, size undecided. Local pool people want a FORTUNE for these things. Like 5 large and up! I can build the silly thing myself, can anyone recommend a good onlin retailer to get one shipped to me?

Oh and yes, sadly, the automotive addictions are gonna suffer too, Just getting tired of being hot LOL

Daddio and I built that pool house 2 summers ago and I am glad we did!

Glenn, I saw a really neat above ground pool on Friday night at a BBQ, you can do some great things with them. They even had a cool fountain attachement!

Building one should be easy. Some 2x4'*, a few black plastic garbage bags, a few rolls of duct tape......

Seriously, depends on how big and permanent you want. Somebody had one on sale in the paper last weekend.....

hehe, yeah this is Oklahoma, looking professional and good are both optional

seriously, yeah, some can look as good as ingrounds if done right, I am thinking a deck/patio area around it., leading straight from the back door. maybe some shrubs or flowers around it too. Its still not going to look like a magazine ad or anything since I park my vehicles back here sometimes.

If you look at the Mustang thread, that yellow house in the pic is mine, the tiny driveway explains why I park out back sometimes
