Default Pontiac G8

What does everyone think of the new G8? Anyone gonna run out and get one? Is this the "New" Bonneville? N* V8, RWD, 360+ HP......not your average family sedan.

There'* a thread or two about these on here.

I'll be following the resale value on these pretty closely. Might replace the '04 with one in a couple of years.

Was thinking the same thing. Hoping the dealers got their brochures in soon.

It'* not a Northstar, It'* a small block truck block and heads with the LS3 upper intake.

And it looks like the non-GT cars will have a 3.6L V6. Well, that'* at least what pontiac.com is currently reporting That would probably be the one that I get.

Wow... that thing looks amazing. I may have found my first 'new' car whenever I get out of college and get a real job lol. GTO has always been my 'affordable dream'... maybe I'll just change that to this and call it my daily driver. I'm sure it weighs a little less than the GTO, wonder if they perform about the same as far as the butt dyno goes. Guess I'll have to schedule a test drive...

Holy crap... lol I was way off. It didn't look that big in pictures. Maybe I'm thinking of the g6 in terms of weight when I see it in my mind.
