With all of yesterday'* crazy squirrel talk, you missed my favorite kind of squirrel...



...the Pink Squirrel! (Yes, I am such a chick).

There'* nothing wrong with that!

Ingredients:

* 1 oz Creme de Noyaux
* 1 tblsp white Creme de Cacao
* 1 tblsp Light cream

Mixing instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

This one sounds pretty good if ya like butterscotch

"Wild Buttery Squirrel"
1.0 oz Amaretto
1.0 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1.0 oz Vodka
Directions: Pour into a stainless steel shaker over ice. Shake until ice cold, pour into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Yep, the one I had was actually a ice cream drink. Ice cream...creme de Almond...creme de Cacao. Same diff. And very yummy.

I don't know if it has anything to do with me being in Canada but...........I just don't get the Squirrel thing going one for the last day or so.
