Being smarter is all relative. https://www.ls1tech.com/forums/image...s2/soapbox.gif All these College graduate Engineers that International Paper hires to run their papermills are causing them to go downhill. They come in and try to tell someone whose been running the equipment for 15-30 years how to do their job. And ever since they've took over the Riegelwood Mill they have yet to make a profit. They need to hire people with experiance not just an education to the leadership positions. And they need to hire people with business skills not just Engineers.

I know exactly what you're talking about. Kinda like my managers who make the smart decision to cut employee's to save money, and decrease our labor, while they sit in the office looking at stocks (on their $50k yearly salary mind you).
