i found a tutorial on how to give a pic a "Rotoshop" apperence (like the movie scanner darkly)

Pretty easy to do. Just takes time and practice. Not everyone will get it though. Adobe Illustrator is another (more appropriate) program to do that in since it is vector-based, you would just have to import the pic and trace over. But still easy to do in PS.

Well, at least he didn't use a Bonneville to chop up the photo with. Not that I am saying your artwork sucks. Well, you know what I mean.
But, yea that is a cool feature. I might have to play with that on mine.
