I can upload the best one this afternoon.
For the most part you're SOL, BUT at least they are better than NO pictures at all.
The last one you posted cannot be improved at all. If you start with something too bad it'* hard to make it good.

This is the only one I can post. I worked on two more but those pictures were beyond any help and they didn't turn out much better.
This one is a little better. I was able to sharpen the baby a tiny bit without making it worse. I also blurred the background to help separate the image of the baby from it and keep your focus on what matters.
Like I said, the difference is minimal, and this was one of your better pics to begin with anyway.
