Could a photoshop guru help me out here...
I would like this immage to stop flashing. just make it the "neon" blue look.
also, if you think its possable to enlarge it without making it look like crap make it bigger. Thanks a ton!

Then you go to MSPAINT..
Press Ctrl + V
then, voila, screenshot.
