I'm trying to up date my cardomain page and for some reason I cant use my newest pics. I checked the sizes of the pics they are all around 450 KB, now my older ones are all around 40 KB. Do you think the size matters? Can I make them smaller KB wise, I changed the resolution and that didnt do anything.

If you use photoshop, you can adjust the final quality without sacrificing too much to the eyeball. You can also save it as a Gif. That'll make them smaller. (and shrink that sig pic)

Yeah, you could lose the sky in the sig pic. I just lower the quality on my web pix and they only marginally get grainier.
