Photo editting program

So I am looking for an easy to use photo editting program so that we can make our wedding photo'* all pretty. Toasty suggested I ask all of you so here I am.

heres one, its free and easy to use... doesn;t do alot but iv used it befor..

Another great, free program available from www.download.com is FastStone Image Viewer. I've been using it for about 9 months, and it does great photo cropping and effects. It'* not Photoshop, but I love it.

As for the question at hand, Rob is right, Photoshop is the best but a bit overkill. They do make a lite version called Photoshop Elements. I've used it and I'd recommend it.
Ben'* also right about using download.com. Most programs big and small are available in a demo format to play with and see what you like.
