Default Phazer Radar blocker

Has anyone got one of these things...Phazer radar...they say if you get a ticket they will pay it for you

"the Phazer II Combining a passive radar scrambler with an active laser scrambler, the Phazer makes your automobile electronically "invisible" to police speed-detecting equipment
The radar component works by mixing an X, K or Ka radar signal with an FM "chirp" and bouncing it back at the squad car by way of a wave-guide antenna, effectively confusing the computer inside the radar gun. The laser component transmits an infrared beam that has the same effect on laser Lidar units."

Just wondering if anyone knows if they work, if they are worth it....and do they really pay your speeding ticket????

They only pay if the scramblers are legal in that state and afaik there aren't any states where scramblers are legal. Also a laser scrambler would need line of site back to the source, hows a unit going to accomplish that given that the incoming beam could be from ANYWHERE and usually focused a flat part of your car (trunk, door, license plate..) The incoming beam is tight, the reflection is more broad. I don't see how a laser detector could even work if the lasers pointed at your car (as opposed a car in front of you)

What about the points that you accumulate against your license and insurance surcharge you'll have to pay?

What you want is the Romulan Cloaking Device!
