Oh yeah, I know. There'* a direct number to the Illinois EPA, but I just wanted to take care of all the formalities so they can't say "well why didn't you do this, or that". I keep forgetting to call them on it, and no one has tried to call me yet from them, either.

hehe, my friend lives out there so sometimes im out there, youll see me driving like and idoit all over the place once in a while hehe (we have fun when we meet up) so if u see a black 97-91 series bonneville tearin rubber, or haulin *** on the tollway, its more than 90% likely its me

oh and ill never go to that 24hrs mcdonalds on naper blvd in the middle of the night again, the girl that works there keeps messin with me, i think she has a thing for me.......
